Christmas in July? Get fit Quick!

June is quickly approaching and before we know it TeenyB’s 4th of July party will be here too. Much like Walmart getting geared up with fireworks, flags, and all the newest BBQ accessories, here at TeenyB we are putting together the master list of invites and all of the details that the party of the summer requires. Like all parties we will be providing bikinis if your wanting to take a dip in the pool or just to prance around in. The girls are all very excited as are we.

Ladies, you have approximately a month to shed those few extra pounds (if you gained any) so here is a great “Get Fit Quick Tip of the Day”:
Simple, easy and straight to the point. Cut the carbs. No breads! Of course no candy cookies or any other sweets. Sweets include drinks ladies. With water and Crystal Light mixers you can’t go wrong. Stick to only veggies, meats, fish and the occassional fruit for that sweet tooth craving. Protein shakes as a food supplement is always a smart way to go if you can be without the oral fixation…. of food. Geez girls not that oral fixation. You can do it it’s only a month! I’ll see you and those tight bodies this 4th of July. Who knows, Christmas might come early, I don’t think even Santa Clause would want to miss out on this! It’s gonna be the biggest party of the summer!
