Just finished up a terrific photo shoot with one of our favorite models, Lindsay this past weekend. We haven’t had the pleasure of shooting her since our Cayman trip. We were definitely ready for some face time.

And what better day to shoot her than with a BUNCH of NEW PRODUCTS! They are not up on the site yet, but we just had to post a sneak peak of Linsday modeling our NEW MESH PRINT! (She shot in two new mesh prints that day)

While we had a great time shooting new products, we know that it never replaces a great on location shoot – so we promised her the next time we get together, it will be somewhere Exotic! Now the fun part is deciding just where we want that to be!

A special weekend to remember all of the brave men and women who have kept our Country safe and moving forward over the years.

Well we have a few more photo shoots to do in the coming week, we are SO excited!

Lots of prepping to do, but we know that the more prepared you are before, the more success you will have during!

Today we are driving out to see a few secluded beaches. It is a place I have wanted to shoot for years, and just never made the time to make the drive. Well on a beautiful day like this – we are giving ourselves no excuses.

So why go to such great lengths to shoot a totally unknown spot? when you have tons of great locations nearby?

Well – in this new round of shooting, we are going to be shooting a BRAND NEW PRODUCT! It is only proper that we have the official launch of this new style, a brand new location to be seen in!!

We cannot wait to see how they shoot. I know they are going to be a VERY popular style! (More details on that soon!)

Went to the Saints game yesterday, and it was incredible! The Superdome was so loud!

One game down, and looking forward to next week.

Bitter sweet news today… A great friend and participant to TeenyB is making a change in her life and moving to a new city. We will dearly miss Laura.

Though we have been friends for many many years, and know we will continue to be in touch after she moves – work will just never be the same without her. We hope that she will still participate in updates with her life, photos and bikini news, and when she comes to visit her friends and family – we will get together as much as possible.

We know Laura will not be able to live without at least coming to a few more parties and photo shoots!!! : )

Today is such an exciting day. We are very pleased to show you the newest addition to our HD video collection.

The model is Aspen. Aspen is a Siren* (Yes I will talk about this Siren Subject soon…but now is not the time!)
I cannot say enough sweet things about this girl. I am excited to see what her future will hold because I know she will go very far!

This last shot is one of my favorites because it was totally taken on the spot with a little point and shoot camera.
It was so bright outside we really could not see that well, we just tried to time it. We got it in two takes I think.

We are back in New Orleans. Have been doing a lot of traveling lately, and in a way I am homesick (mostly because my backyard to the TeenyB House is like practically finished, certainly it is in shooting condition) and I have not been home enough to enjoy it.

BUT, in the same breath – August, is freaking HOT. There is no way I want to be shooting any models outside at this point. So, instead we travel, and enjoy OTHER beauties in life.

This weekend has been great for me already (and it isn’t even Saturday night!)
Went to first Pre-Season Football Game for the NO Saints last night! Very exciting!!!! I love football. It’s my favorite sport to watch.

Another highlight of our trip to New Orleans occurred this afternoon.

Michael and I went to Hansen’s Snowball Bliz
This is an old time New Orleans favorite. (I only started enjoying it when I moved from California) but it has been around since 1939.

What makes this place so special? And why the heck and I writing about it in my blog??

They invented the perfect Ice Shaving Machine. They home make every one of their syrups, and they are phenomenal!
It is tough to have a favorite, but I think for me it is Lemonade. It is tart and refreshing.
(My second choice is Cream of Coffee (which I just tried for the first time today!!!) A perfect way to keep cool on a steamy muggy August afternoon.

Hansen’s is also family owned and operated despite having numerous offers to be bought out.

And my ultimate favorite – what you see on their cups – their motto:

“There are no shortcuts to quality!”

This is a testament to a great product and the love and belief in it!!!

Vogue as we all know is a world renowned brand. Looking at their ads, as Katie and I have agreed, is inspirational. In fact, I remembered her words today as I was at a loss for my own. In a new task of mine I will be describing our bikinis. Knowing and understanding how out of this world our bikinis are comes naturally to me. I live the same passion for TeenyB as Katie does but finding the right words to put into place can prove to be difficult. It’s like trying to describe your love for that special someone, although it’s easy to love them, we as the humans can struggle at focusing all of our feelings and thoughts to put them down on paper.

As Katie expresses her struggles you can only imagine that what I speak of today, is a very small portion of the big picture. It is only natural to have these feelings. All it takes is a step back to look, remember and focus on the dream. I found myself doing that today. Being out of the loop for two weeks now.. with computer problems has put me out of touch. I took some time to myself to stop and open up that favorite magazine of mine and read through some articles and ads and pin-pointed some really good ideas and inspirations I have put those inspirations into my writing today. So, to share my inspiration I thought I would share one of my favorite writings of the day. So my computer crashed and I had to get my hard drive backed up and reinstall windows etc.. Sounds easy, but definitely not! It was repaired back to factory settings, which means I have to re-install Microsoft word, PhotoShop etc.. Fun fun. I have been a WEEK w/o a computer! That is insane. Never have I felt so alone! hehe…

I do have to give a big Thank you to Joti from Dell Technical Support. He solved all of my problems and is now a new fan/customer of TeenyB.com and I believe he is on the other side of the world! Pretty cool huh?

The great thing about our website is that guys and girls alike can enjoy it. Men mostly, to see the updated models on our model page and shopping for their significant others and ladies have many aspects that they can enjoy the website from too, from shopping to all of our recent updates etc.. I still get excited when I visit TeenyB.com. Perhaps it’s because of all of the beautiful pictures we have been uploading.

Well now being a week behind in work and overall practice of new tasks in hand, it is time to buckle down and get some things done before I leave for Boston! Geez how time flys!

As you know, I love to go fishing. Being on the water with the fresh air is the best. I especially love fishing in Louisiana because there are not a lot of people around. (Compared to my Florida experiences.)

Our fishing camp is in the marsh. It was our first time staying there since before Hurricane Katrina.
It was strange coming back, because while our camp was restored to working order, Thanks Billy!!! – Everything was also different. Our fishing spots we would always hit, no longer existed. Even canals we would take out to the beaches are completely gone. Needless to say, it will be a learning curve to get back to the level of fishing we were at, pre-Katrina.

But, you have to start somewhere. And our first official day back on the water – was a day, not about the fish (though we did manage to catch some….) rather, it was a Day of the Dolphins.

If you like to fish, then you already know that when dolphins are around, you will not have success catching fish. They scare them off. And while I LOVE to see dolphins in Florida, I HATE to see them in Louisiana. It seemed like they chased us around all day. For about 45 minutes, they were swimming with our boat as we were going. Must have been 10 or 12 of them, on either side, splashing and playing. It was pretty incredible. Quite a show. I have never seen anything like it before.

I have a great video of this which I will see about posting. Unfortunately, it is over a minute in length, and I worry my internet connection will not stay up long enough to load it. Needless to say, I WILL eventually put it up.

In the meantime, I will leave you with a few picture instead (from our last day of fishing).

One thing I never get tired of is watching the ocean and looking at the sky. It is just so beautiful, always changing. The most magnificent colors and constant variations. Whenever I am feeling down, I go outside and look up at the sky, or out to the horizon.

Tonight, there was the most incredible sunset, and I was missing it. I was stuck in my car driving home. My only consolation was that, at least I was driving towards it, and I was able to watch it.

I did manage to sneak a quick picture of it, from the Iphone…but I was totally driving at the same time. Haha, bad I know, but I couldn’t help myself. We have a new bridge in Belleair Beach and the view from the top is really cool. They are not allowing you to walk up it yet, but trust me, the minute they open those gates, I am at the top of it, taking some pics.

Until I get this uploaded from the phone, I was inspired to share with you a couple other sunsets around my house that I did manage to capture.

So I have the chills from not feeling well so I turned the A/C down to be comfortable. Not realizing how reliant on A/C that I am.. I get an Instant Message from my girlfriend that has been keeping me updated with her Tour of Italy. I’ve seen beautiful pictures and architecture and smiles on their faces. But then she says, “We have to take breaks during the day b/c it’s so hot” So I figured they would go relax at their condo with some frozen grapes… hehe, but NO!!! NO A/C THERE EITHER!!!! Wow! She says it’s totally worth it! On a much smaller scale I know what she means…being the beach bum that I am. So speaking of fun in the sun I am heading to a beach party this sunday and am so excited to show off in my TeenyB bikini, I’m telling you there is no better feeling then knowing you are wearing the hottest bikini on the beach!! So I hope to get over this illness because it’s summer and I want to bask in the sun!

Summers here and most of us have shed those few extra pounds to look good in a bikini and have had the chance to get a great tan going but what can make all of that go to waste? A bad hair day! Well todays hair tip is how to keep your color from fading. So if you remenber these few key elements you and you hair color will shine brightly all year round.

Remember to always wait 24-48 hours without washing your hair before you go in for your hair appointment. The natural oils that build up in your hair allow for the color to have a better grip. Do not wash your hair for another 24-48 hours afterwards. Remember that using hot water, strips the hair of it’s color faster. Even warm water is better than hot water. Use a color protecting shampoo and conditioner, from a salon! It really makes a difference! Use a heat protector if you blow dry or flat iron your hair.
Also keep in mind that if you will be in the water a lot this summer, I would recommend wetting your hair before you get into the chlorine or salt water. And excess sun exposure can lighten your color as well. I know us beach beauties have a hard time staying out of the sun, so maybe you go a shade lighter then you normally go. A change is always nice no matter who it’s on!
