Productive Weekend
May 9, 2007

We had a pretty productive weekend as well. Nice afternoon with the family and kids on Sunday – and friday and Sat. were filled with hours of shooting a new, sexy TB model. I will get some pictures up soon enough, they are definitely worth the wait!

In the meantime, busy yourself with some family photos….

The kids and grandma are ready for a day out in the sun!!!

Matthew being chased by the pirate ship…Arrrg!

Even Granny is getting in on the action!!!

I dedicate this image to Michael who thinks Amsel never winks. Caught it on camera baby!!!!!

We are officially on deck!
May 8, 2007

I met with my lady on Monday and we are in business. Looks like we finally got the finishing touches to really make our bikini’s work! I am totally excited.

I have been busy ordering fabrics and choosing colors for our new line of Teeny Bikini’s!! That is not all, we are also days away from perfecting our new logo!

Be prepared, cause this website is going to have a big turn.

You thought you new what to expect with Teeny Bikini??? Oh no baby, this is where the fun is juuuust starting to begin!

What a grand Summer this will be.

Brand New Boat
May 2, 2007

Well yesterday was quite an exciting day. Long, and tiring, but we have a LOT of new things going on and it is very god.

Teeny Bikini is moving forward, but slowly. I am waiting for a particular piece to come in (an attacment that goes onto the sewing machine) that will make the bikini’s top quality and super cute…but waiting is NOT my forte.  So in the meantime, I have decided to do a little spring cleaning.

Not always the most glamorous thing to do, but necessary. Besides once, it is out of the way – then I can really let loose and enjoy.

But my life was not all work the past few days, we finally got our new boat in, and got a chance to take a spin in it last night. Very exciting, as you can see by my face.

A few moments behind the wheel. Gotta learn to drive this thing too!

Good picture of the pirate ship going out for a sunset cruise. Argh!

Another beautiful sunset in Belleair Beach

Pictures from Fishing Trip
April 28, 2007

Like I said, here are a few pics from our fishing in NOLA.

We caught a bunch of Red (my favorite) especially when they are blackened, and Michael caught one Flounder.

First fish for me of the day. Off to a nice start!

Â

Action shot. Though I believe this is one that got away, got caught up on the motor and broke the line…such a bummer, I fought him for like 10 minutes.

Â

Showing off the goods. Yum! Yum!

Time is just flying by….
April 27, 2007

I guess it is safe to say that I am just not one of those people who likes to spend hours upon hours on the computer, typing out what’s going on in my life.

I never was one of the people who could keep a diary anyway. Things have been slowly making progress though.  The summer is here, and our new boat is just a few days away from arriving! We went to the sporting goods store today and bought new supplies, knee boards, intertubes, the works – I felt like a kid in a candy store.

The bikini’s are not far behind.

Spend last weekend in New Orleans, had another fantastic trip. Met some great new friends, spent time with family, even got a chance to go fishing in the marsh.

There is NO fishing, like Louisiana fishing!

 Will have pictures posted soon!!

The Sun Is Shining
April 13, 2007

Well the sun is finally out again in Florida. We had a few days of rain and clouds, which was needed cause we were in a major drought, but man am I happy to get outside again. And so are my dogs, who have been driving me nuts running around the house.

Along with this good weather is some good news as well. We are pushing ahead with the bikini making process. Officially made the company, have secured a manufacturer, and the next step is production! Can you believe it?

It will only be a matter of time before we start recruiting new models to come out and play in the sun and sand with us, taking pictures of the bikini’s and showing off their hot bodies!

Now is the chance to put in your two cents, if you are a girl who loves bikini’s, and have always wanted a special style, or colors…let me know. You have a better chance of getting exactly what you want with Teeny Bikini, then any other big mainstream company.

Teeny Bikini is just around the corner.

Some Fun Mardi Gras Memories
March 20, 2007

I just wanted to supplement y’all with a few fun pictures from Mardi Gras this year.

We woke up on Fat Tuesday at like 8 a.m. and started walking down Bourbon street, with a dacquiri of course. You never know how wild it gets until you see all the people dressed up! It was quite an experience. Here are a few funny pictures I’d like to share.

I have a picture taken with the Naked Cowboy, some guy in New York who has a guitar and is always in his undies or something…it is pretty funny actually. I will have to try and find it.  Perhaps if Michael see’s this, he will be inspired to e-mail it to me.  I will see what I can do.

Hope you enjoy the pics I DO have.

A Super Hottie who Needs your Help!!

I am sure most of you know Maxim Magazine every year selects some hometown hotties to grace their pages. Well I have a good friend, who is super hot who needs our help.

Her name is Amanda and she is representing our local Tampa, FL area.

What sells this most is her attitude, but you can see all of her stunning body at

Just click on this picture to go to the voting page for Amanda! It’s that simple.

I am also proud to say that she is one of the few friends I DO actually have on Myspace.  So, when you drop by, be sure to hit me up and become my friend too!!!

My myspace page is as follows:  http://www.myspace.com/813kt

A pic of Amanda and I celebrating for New Years. She is always SO HOT!

Surviving Mardi Gras
February 23, 2007

Well we are back in Florida and have survived Mardi Gras in New Orleans. Had a fantastic time.

The weather was a little cold so I am excited to be back in sunny Florida. This weekend’s forecast should  be in the mid 70′s.

Anyway took a TON of pictures this past week, and am working hard to get some of them up for you.

Stay tuned.

Happy Valentine’s Day
February 14, 2007

I know I am not normally good with this stuff – in fact, I am not one to really give out Valentine’s in the first place – but today is your lucky day.

To all my friends and family out there – I love you!!

Is this a problem??
February 12, 2007

I am not sure if you know this, but I am the baby of a pretty big family. I have 4 older sisters and 1 older brother. (I also have a 10 years younger brother) so technically I am no longer the baby – but for 10 years I was, so neh.

In any case, my sister Marialena called me the other day (they are all aware that I am trying to start this Teeny Bikini business) and she tells me that while she was shopping out at the Gap, they have a new line (i think it is for panties or something) called, what else – Teeny Bikini.

Now I am not sure what this does to MY brand, but I hope it won’t fuck it up.

Here is a picture of my sister, Lena.

And also one of us together -

The Sun will come out….Hopefully soon!
February 5, 2007

I am sure many of you watched the Superbowl Game yesterday..there is few who don’t.

I was rooting for the Colts (since my team New Orleans had lost to the Bears), so I was happy that they won. That weather was relentless.

Tampa has been having some crazy weather too (though I really have not reason to complain because I could be in Chicago or somewhere where it is below 30. ) I have to say though, there is not a lot to inspire me to work on these bikini’s, I am all bundled up in the house in sweatshirts as it is.

I can only imagine a poor model having to strip down to barely nothing so I can measure her…though I have a feeling Michael would definitely enjoy it. There is something to be said about hard nipples! Hehe…Hey, it’s true!

But back to the game – is it just me, or were there some really disturbing commercials going on? Are we this retarded of a society where we find these amusing, much less want to go out and buy this crap.  Most disturbing to me I think was that Snickers commercial. UGH and UGH!

Now that the football season is over, I guess it’s time to really put my head to the grindstone and start getting some product out. Damn, this is a lot harder than I had thought…but I am always up for a challenge!

Here are a few pictures of a fun night out a few weekends ago…now you know what keeps me so damn distracted these days!!!

We are definitely ready for some sun, bikini’s and boats!!!

The Saints go Marching In
January 21, 2007

Hey everyone – today is a big day. If you like football then you know exactly what I am talking about. Being a Saints fan (my husband is from New Orleans) we have been having one heck of a ride this year, with Bush and McCallister, Brees, Colston and the rest of the team.

Just wanted to make an extra special post and wish the Saints and solid win today is chilly Chicago, so we can go and cheer them on in Miami for the Superbowl!!!

PS – this picture was taken last weekend from New Orleans at the Superdome, quite a fun weekend if I do say so myself. I will go into detail about that sometime in the future…but right now, we have to stay focused on the prize!! GO SAINTS!

Continuing On
December 26, 2006

One of the funnest days of our trip was actually towards the end.

We decided that a good way to get out and have some fun would be to go horseback riding. Now Michael and I travel around quite a bit, and when we get the chance, we always like to go horseback riding. It is a good way to make up ground and see the local area, plus I love horses and nature alike.

I have to say I have never been riding like this before, our horses were a little skinny and bony to ride on which was terrifiyng, but all in all, it was fun. We all had a chance to “swim” with the horses in which we ride around bareback in the ocean with the horse. It was fun, but again, those bony backs proved quite uncomfortable bareback. They did make for some outstanding photos…hope you enjoy.

We should have been a little worried when they made us put helmets on. But nope – no bells ringing here!

A nice looking picture of our motly crew. Enjoying the scenery and great weather.

Even if the horses didn’t really swim, it was still a great experience, and a totally sexy picture!

Party Time on the Island

Of course a few of the nights we had to go out and check out the local dance scene. Being a half-French, half-Dutch island, each side is going to have it’s specialty. French is food, and Dutch is night life!

It is quite an experience really, traveling across the island in the back of a cab – (the drivers are all crazy, but in a fun way. They drive way too fast, and you feel like you are holding on for your life…but at the same time, they are rocking out to island music and sometimes American made too.) Amanda couldn’t hack it. After only about 10 minutes, driving back she was looking like she was going to bail out the door at any moment, hollering to the driver to “please slow down.”  To which he mockingly replied, “ahhh, chill out baby!”  The trick is to try and get drunk enough at the cab to not even be aware of how crazy he is driving at night – though – a rather poor choice indeed.

And of course the clubs have their own island quirk to them too.  A heavy influence on European culture, their music to me always seems a little too fast to actually dance to, which of course leaves me bopping around like a fucking Energizer bunny.  But, it is a real treat to watch all the hotties walk by in their 80′s styled outfits.  The clubs really don’t get poppin’ until like 12:30 a.m., so if you are unfortunate enough to show up before 12, it will look completely deserted. we arrived promptly at 10! Much to our chagrin, we waited and waited. Never-the-less, we managed to have fun. One of our friends managed to get hit on by another visitng couple perhaps. His girlfriend had just stepped away to do a bit of shopping while the club was empty, so it was quite classic! He just happened to be seated at a different table standing up, surveying the scene I guess. Perhaps that’s why he stood off from the group – in observance. It would have been an excellent plan had the couple had been moderately attractive.

Anyway, we all made it back in one piece anyway.

A drink before we head off.

Bikini’s in St. Martin
December 12, 2006

As you can see by the beaches, St. Martin is definitely a place to go bikini shopping. We searched and searched for a bikini that would do, but honestly, not as much as I was hoping for. Again, it appears our problem is too much fabric for what we are looking for….all the more inspiration to get home and get working on our bikini’s. (All in due time, there is a lot of preparation work still to do, and we are making progress every week.)

Our first full day in St. Martin was mixed, a little rainy in the morning and quite windy at the beach, but we still made the best of it. Lucky for us girls, there is always shopping!!

A “paparazzi” picture courtesy of Michael.

After walking around downtown and checking out the local shops, we decided to give the beach a shot. The weather was seeming to clear up and we are itching to get started on our tans. Notice the sexy sarong Amanda has on? Purchased earlier this morning at the market. We always enjoy supporting the local market, and with a sexy blue like that, everyone’s happy!

Managed to sneak our friend Crystal into a photo. ;-) Always a sexy girl!

First day of vacation

In the interest of trying to explain our trip to you, it’s best if we just take it day by day.

First and foremost and nice layout of our pad in St. Martin, followed by a few beach shots.

View to the left from our deck in the back. The island is Snell Island.

View to the right from our deck, looking towards Orient Beach.

And of course, us down at the beach…notice the sand! :-)

Why I love St. Martin
December 10, 2006

As I was sitting here going through my pictures, it occurred to me that St. Martin actually was one of catalysts to start Teeny Bikini. About this time, or maybe a little sooner of last year my husband, and I and a good friend, Melissa (she’s the hottie on the banner above) all came to St. Martin.

The weather was hot, and the beach was poppin. We weren’t bathed much of the trip except for our ultra sexy swimwear…but the problem was, I loved the style and size of the bikini, but felt there wasn’t enough choice in styles and patterns. As I came home to Florida after a week of fun and sun, it occurred to me that I will always have this problem, unless I do something about it.

Nevertheless, you get where this is going, and slowly our idea of starting a bikini company is forming into more of a committment.

I have to say I am quite excited at the prospect of what lies ahead.

Hope  you enjoy our week in St. Martin….but seriously, I just wanted a reason to revisit it myself, so thanks! :-)

Here are a few pictures from our first visit.

A night out to dinner – Michael, Melissa and I (Katie). It was so good we ate there this last trip as well!

 Having fun boating around…
