One of the things I really enjoy about living on the water and in a city that has so much water around it, is that there is always somewhere new to discover!
The other day, we went out on our old boat (getting a few last rides on it before the season expires) and we ended up like a mile from the house. Luckily since it was a Sunday and most of the people were inside watching the game (we are Saints fans and they had a bye last week so we were open) it was totally deserted and all to ourselves.
It was interesting because you could still see the bridge from our spot, even though there was no one else around us. So of course we took advantage of being alone and got down to our teeny bikini’s! We took a few pics, of them too…wanna see?

We are headed off to Miami early next week for some work, Amanda is super excited because it will be her first time visiting. We are going to make sure to try and enjoy the sun and hang out at the beach. Wonder if the water will be as warm as it is here.
Â
Well, gotta get going. We will be sure to take plenty of pictures on our trip, and see you soon!
Katie & Amanda
Hey everyone, wow am I glad to be back in front of the computer. We have had such a nice, but busy weekend.
A good friend flew in from California, and spent some time with us. Plus the weather has been starting to cool down, so we are trying to get out and enjoy the sunshine as much as possible. Went down to the beach to watch the sunset – wanna see?
Also went to the boat show they had over the weekend. We have a boat right now, but it is mostly a fishing boat. Now that we are away from the marsh, we want to get a boat that will be much more comfortable for entertaining people. We are very excited, probably won’t buy it ’til next year, no use in buying it so it can sit through the winter, but we know exactly what we are going to get. Have you ever heard of a sundeck by Hurricane? I think it will be perfect for us.
Here is a picture of Amanda and I at the boat show…hehe, hope you enjoy.

Hi it’s amanda, I just wanted to share a very awsome experience with all of you.
Yesterday Katie and I went on the kayack and in the water were like 8 dolphins surrounding us! It was so cool. Katie and I were trying to get their attention so they might come closer to us. The crazy thing is, it really worked, but with only one dolphin.  All the other dolphins could have cared less about us they just continued playing and jumping around.Â
The one dolphin that came pretty close to us he jumped out of the and made a big splash and then i guess he/she lost interrest in us. that has never happened before with wild dolphins coming so close to me.I just wanted to share an awsome time that we had.I hope in the future there will be more exciting things like that.
We have some pictures that we took before the whole dolphin encounter. Next time we’ll make sure to bring a camra with us just in case that happens again. Talk to you all later.

Hey everyone, it’s Amanda and Katie here and we just wanted to let you know that we just set up a new Myspace Account!! Yep, it may be a little late jumping on the band wagon, but at least we are finally doing it right??
If you want to go and check it out (cause believe me, we need to have some more friends on there…no offense Michael) you can do it at this link. http://www.myspace.com/teenybikinigirls
Anyway, Teeny Bikini Life is going slowly. We did a couple photoshoots this past week, and are eager to get some pictures up to show you. Of course, we will explain what it is you are looking at…(as if a hot girl wasn’t explaination enough….)but it might be fun to see what shooting models is like through the photographer’s eyes???
We hung out at the beach today, the weather was spectacular! Even saw a few dolphins on our way out.Â
We are certainly wanting to spend some time fishing soon as well….but with the red tide still lingering, it’s tough.
We love to fish. We try to fish off the back of our dock all the time, but the sheephead just look at us like we are retarded…not to offend anyone, but seriously, it’s pathetic. Amanda is in the process of carving a spear for us to use in the future. We are going to get these fish one way or another!
We are looking forward to a fun weekend. We might head out to this place called Sheppard’s on the beach. It is tons of fun. On Sunday’s they always have a bikini contest that we like to watch. One day we hopefully will get a chance to model OUR very own bikini’s in that contest. We know it will win.
Speaking of Teeny Bikini’s, we are truckin’ along in starting the company. Lots of great designs already in the works, looking for a solid pattern maker to get it started. Having lots of fun checking out all the cool fabrics we can choose from…I am really surprised how many choices we can have…and how little we see of them out on the streets already. Boy you are all in for a real treat!
Anyway, gotta go Kayaking and try and hunt down a few dolphins for dinner! Hehe, just kidding.
 Talk to you later,
Amanda & Katie
Hello my name is Amanda and I have known Katie for about three years now. I met her through some modeling work and ever sense then, we pretty much do everything together. So when Katie approched me with the idea of starting a Bikini bussiness my thoughts were yes of course. I’m very excited to share my ideas and funny little insiders  about myself or with friends. Thank you for taking the time to look through our blog and hope one day we will see some of you girls wearing our Tenny Bikinis.
One day my family and Iwent to a water park and I was wearing a two piece bathing suit and all day long my cusins were trying to get me to slide down the big waterslides and I finally decided to say yes .So I climed up all those stairs sat down waited for them to tell me to go . Down I went ,and off came my top ,then when I landed everyone around was starring at my chest .It was a pretty embarassing moment for me, but now it’s just a funny situation.
