So I go out to Homosassa to go boating, and I must say I had a great time! The water was soooo crystal clear, and a friend of mine even swam with the manatees, and got some really great underwater pics. I took all my TeenyB bikinis and one of my “no name” but cute green bikinis all with me. So a total of 4 TeenyB’s. A mesh leopard bikini, a White and Ginger Crossroads bikini and my Planet w/ White Vegas Nights bikini. Not knowing anyone else that we were boating with and based on a mass vote of which bikini everyone ELSE thought I should wear… I wore the no name bikini. Now you would think that would be b/c it was cuter then the other ones based on the outcome of there decision. But no, it was b/c the white one becomes sheer when wet, the mesh one is see through and the Vegas Nights b/c of its sophitication and grace, I’m assuming they thought was too much, or simply knowing I would be the best dressed there! Anyways, here we were in the middle of the Homosassa springs with families…. and red necks! The entire time this bikini kept riding up my ass, looking “baggy when wet”! There was so much hanging fabric in the back. This wasn’t because it didn’t fit, because it did. It was simply the style and the way it was cut. I can tell you this, seriously, I missed my Teeny Bikinis. For there comfort, fit and appeal. I should have worn the Vegas nights and not been afraid to show off in front of the red necks! LOL Now don’t get me wrong they were nice, but they already thought I was “High Maintenance”. Why do people always say that like it’s a bad thing?? HeHe

Hi my name is Laura and I am new to the staff of Teeny Bikini but a long time friend and model. To watch the progression of this business has been aspiring. Having this hands on experience is a passion of mine. Ensuring our customers of excellent customer service and quality is my focus. Although a lot of work is ahead of me, I look forward to always having my hands on a new project!

So right away I got started….
Inventory, shipping, sorting, shooting, blogging, emailing, you name it the list goes on and I still haven’t got into the half of it. One of the things you have to know before you get into the fashion industry is the mayhem of it all. This is fun mayhem! Whether it be deadlines for projects, or the sun going down at the end of the day.

This week I set up my first casting call with a model I had met, actually two years ago now! I was on my way home from New York, when a very attractive girl sat next to me. Being the extrovert that I am, and recognizing her beauty, we started to conversate. She was actually in New York doing some modeling and, likewise, was on her way home. We began to talk about TeenyB and her potential. Well, we kept in touch (kinda) through MySpace for 2 years! Her determination landed her a spot for a test shoot! May I say for my first casting I was very pleased. She was still very thin and tall. (which I like in a model) she also has very exotic features. Another test shoot is set up for this weekend, and with the weather finally starting to warm up, I can’t wait to be on the beach at sun down!

We are gearing up for our catalog shoot, and have a few new additions to our team.
We are proud to welcome photographer, Bobby Turi. Though he is not a novice at photography, he is certainly new to us, and we have been enjoying is fresh approach and techniques.
You can see plenty of his stuff on Model Mayhem already, but periodically we are going to show off his stuff right here. Many of these photos will never make the storefront, but that doesn’t mean we still can’t enjoy them.

With fresh faced models shooting regularly, it is tough to decide which is our favorite. Perhaps you can help.
By doing test shoots, this not only lets us meet new models, we can build their portfolio, and let them test new styles, giving us their feed back and even taking home a special bikini! What girl wouldn’t love that.

Well, it may not be quite what you are thinking, TeenyB has launched it’s swimwear line already – but that doesn’t mean we are constantly adding new suits.

Most recently, we added a Shirred Skirt with panty that is very popular. It is still tiny, but sexy, fitted and cut to perfection. What I was really talking about was the launch of the Space ship tonight. Living in Florida, it really is a special treat to get to see them. Tonight will be extra special. Night launches are always great because you can see the shuttle go up into the sky. Not to mention it is a FULL MOON too! We will try and capture a picture or two.
